Rev. Tomas Bencomo will speak about his ministry to the Tarahumara, Pima and Guarogios Indians of Copper Canyon. The Copper Canyon region is part of the Sierra Madre Mountain range in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico. The public is invited to join with the Discover Church congregation this coming Sunday morning, September 20 at 10:45 a.m.

For more than twenty years, the ministry of Pastor Tomas has grown. In addition to four churches in Juarez, Mexico and El Paso, Texas, Pastor Bencomo serves at the Bible College in Juarez where his wife Maria is a Bible Teacher. The staging area in Rio Chico, for his monthly trips into the Copper Canyon, also serves as the base camp for short-term volunteer workers who bring goods and services to the people of Rio Chico and the canyon area. Pastor Tomas is now developing his newest missionary outreach to the Pima and Guarogios Indian tribes.

Pastor Tomas and his wife Maria are aided in their ministry by Brenda Granados who is Pastors “right hand” and missionary to both the Tarahumara and Pima Indians. All three of these servants of God are expected to be at Sundays 10:45 a.m. service. Please come, learn about, and enjoy the ministry of Pastor Tomas, Maria and Brenda.
